MFD Scanning

Please note, to log into the MFD printer a BAC ID swipe may not work for first time users. First time users must type in BAC credentials on the pull-out keyboard located underneath the touch panel.

An MFD can be found on every floor of both the 320 and 951 buildings.

Scanning

Sign into MFD via BAC ID swipe or pull-out keyboard.
Place the original document on the top feed tray or platen glass.
- If using the top feed tray, adjust the grey edge guide (helps load the paper straight) so that it fits snugly to the width of your document.
Select the Scan icon on the touch panel.
Select scan to My Email or My Home Drive.
Name the scan via the pull-out keyboard.
Verify the scan is acceptable in BAC Email or Home Drive.
